At the center of Spring Valley Oven (SVO) lives our pizza oven. For over 2 years since we first opened, we’ve been perfecting the art of pizza baking from a brick oven. We have built a tradition of creating outstanding pizza combinations made from the freshest ingredients and the committed time to make each pizza from scratch by hand.
Today, SVO fires up the Oven daily from dawn to dusk, reflecting the distinct character and local charm of the community. But like the distinct Pizza baking, our restaurant kitchen is also open, cooking meals and baking fresh breads and pastries, making our brick oven part of the restaurant experience.
